SHIPPING Policy
Santic Perú will only send the merchandise purchased by the client when the purchase has been confirmed on the website, confirmation of the stock for dispatch and the corresponding payment for the product. This approval will be made via email or telephone confirmation.
Our company ships products within the Republic of Peru. Send to Urban Lima, Periférica Lima, Callao and provinces throughout the country, through outsourced Courier services.
The time it takes for your purchase from when your Purchase Order is validated until it arrives at the address indicated by you will depend on the location where you are. Likewise, rates are variable depending on the size of the product and shipping location.
“Santic Perú” only has home delivery service.
Delivery times are as follows:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Our delivery services do not consider service on Sundays and calendar holidays.
The service includes only two (02) delivery attempts.
IMPORTANT
- The recipient of the order must have a telephone number to coordinate delivery (time, place, person who will receive the order, identification of the recipient, etc.).
- Whatever the payment method, the person in charge of delivery will require the identification of the recipient of the order through their National Identity Document or immigration card as the case may be, as well as the signature of the delivery guide. Orders will not be delivered to minors.
- Delivery options refer to the time of Lima, Peru.
- The products on the website are exclusive for online purchases.
