Exchange and return policy

To make changes or returns of products, the customer must contact the Santic Perú customer service area. The product must be in perfect condition, have original packaging and proof of payment corresponding to the purchase.

CHANGES

If the product you purchased in our online store does not fit, exchange it for the correct size or receive a credit note for the same value that you paid for your purchase.
Conditions:
- Changes apply within 7 days after receiving the purchase.
- The product you return must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, with its accessories, labels and original packaging.

- It is mandatory to present the proof of purchase delivered with the order and your ID.
- In the case of products purchased as part of a promotion, delivery of all products included in said promotion is required.

- Only one change can be made per item in each order.
- When the change is generated by a purchase error, the cost of pickup and delivery must be covered by the customer.

- When the change is generated by a shipping error, the cost of pickup and delivery will be covered by Santic Perú.

- There are products that do not apply to exchanges and/or returns, this observation appears (when applicable) in the description of the same on the website.

If your purchase was made with home delivery and the reason for the return does not correspond to one of the following reasons: (1) product failure, (2) manufacturing defect or (3) shipping error, only the refund for the value of the product and not for the shipping cost. That is, the customer must pay the freight for product withdrawal.

Therefore, it is recommended to check the condition of the products upon receipt and before signing the proof of delivery (Shipping Guide) in order to avoid possible inconveniences.

RETURNS

In order to offer the best service to its customers, Santic Perú is committed to offering Guaranteed Satisfaction on your purchases.

An exchange or refund of the amount paid will be made if the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased.

Conditions
- The product must be unused (factory sealed) and have all its accessories.
- The product must have all its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- At the time of making the change, the respective receipt or invoice must be presented.

*Note: returns will be effective according to the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction. The return process concludes with confirmation from the payment gateway. Bank management and timing are the responsibility of the financial institution from which the purchase was generated.
